This step by step guide will take you through the processes involved in securing your ideal property.
- Contact us – Please get in touch with us in any format, including, phone, email, text, or letter
- Finding your property – Once you have found a property you would like to view we will then arrange an appointment
- Viewing – when an appointment as been confirmed WPG Lettings, or the landlord, will show you around the property
- Submit Offer – if you are happy with the property we will request you to fill out an offer form
- Offer Accepted – once your offer has been accepted we will supply relevant details for your checks and references to be carried out
- Documentation – when your references have come back approved, all applicable documentation will be sent to you for completion
- Move In – where applicable, either WPG Lettings or your landlord will assist you with your property check in
